Distinctives and Installations
There are four distinctive characteristics of InfoHandler.com:
1) Experience. Dr. Tom Crumbaugh, President has over twenty years experience
as a teacher, principal and administrator. Dr. Robin McCoy, Chief Operations
Officer has been a regular education teacher, Special Education teacher,
principal, and the Director of Special Education at a leading district.
2) Commitment to excellence. While most firms strive for excellence,
InfoHandler actually invests in it. InfoHandler.com is the only firm of its
kind that employs an on site staff attorney to advise and assist in its
deployment and development of Medicaid Billing programs.
3) Leading Edge Technology. InfoHandler.com was one of the first to use a
database to create a set of forms for Special Education programs. Then it
pushed the technology forward by developing Client/Server systems that would
provide teachers and therapists access to student data in a secure
environment but also automate the administrative duties of reporting and
monitoring. In 2001 it again pushed the technology forward with one of the
first fully Web based deployments in the country.
4) Functionality & Quality. InfoHandler always wants to put it's best image
forward. Because of this, systems are fully tested before deployment.
Installations are not promoted until they are being used. As a company,
InfoHandler invests significantly in development and technology. This means
it can bring the most functional and easy to use systems to market in a way
that districts can afford.
These four characteristics have provided InfoHandler the ability to place its
software in 2,000 public schools and learning institutions across the
country. From districts like Guilford County in North Carolina with 10,500
Special Education students and 62,500 total students to Juneau Alaska with
several hundred Special Education students, InfoHandler has been able to
expand its list of client districts based on one simple fact; it makes great
software!
